We offer two plans to allow you to ask questions and obtain information or services that occur. Both plans are good for 1 year from date of agreement. They inlclude onsite help, telephone support, and remote support. By purchasing these plans you can also avoid any price changes that may arise during the agreement period. From time to time a client will want to upgrade from the Pro level of QuickBooks to Premier or Enterprise. While our rates are a little higher for the Enterprise Edition your plan will include the higher level programs during the agreement period. UNUSED TIME IS NOT REFUNDABLE
